Terms of Service
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Please read these terms before using ComplyFleet.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of ComplyFleet, a product of PitchVio, an independent software studio based in India. By creating an account or using ComplyFleet, you agree to these terms. If you use ComplyFleet on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.
2. Accounts
- A company account is created by signing up; administrators then invite their own users.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity under your account.
- Company administrators control who has access and which role each person has.
3. Your data
Your company owns the records it puts into ComplyFleet. We use that data only to provide and secure the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload the information you enter, including information about your workers.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not try to access another company’s data or bypass access controls.
- Do not upload unlawful content or malicious files.
- Do not interfere with or overload the service.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are not yet available, and no one is currently charged for using ComplyFleet. When paid plans are available, they will begin with a 14-day free trial, after which subscriptions will be billed through Stripe. When paid plans are available, if a payment is overdue or a subscription is cancelled, the account may be prevented from creating or changing records until billing is resolved; existing records stay viewable.
6. Your compliance responsibilities
ComplyFleet helps you organize safety records, OSHA logs, and COR audit evidence. It does not provide legal or safety advice, and it does not guarantee that you will pass an audit or meet any regulatory requirement. Your company remains responsible for its safety program, for the accuracy of its records, and for meeting its legal obligations.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep ComplyFleet available, but it may occasionally be unavailable, for example during maintenance. We may change or improve features over time.
8. Disclaimers and liability
ComplyFleet is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, PitchVio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using ComplyFleet at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Contact us if you need help exporting your company’s records.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
