Prices are in US dollars per month and are confirmed on the secure Stripe checkout page. Limits count active records. If you pass a limit you keep everything you have; you just cannot add more until you upgrade or remove records. After the trial, an account without a subscription becomes read-only: you can still sign in and export your data.
